Responsibility
- answering emails & general enquiries
- general administration duties including scanning & filing
- assisting the Director & Sales staff with day-to-day paperwork/tasks
Show more +9 - setting up new accounts, emailing out introductory emails with company details and ensuring all customer accounts are up to date
- greet and assist customers at the reception counter
- assist customers with any enquiries about vehicles, giving out information on vehicles using our database
- taking payments, issuing invoices, and giving out keys to customers once payment received
- take on other responsibilities outside a normal role as required
- experience and skills within a customer-focused environment / reception role. 1 year preferred
- A calm and organised approach to problem-solving, tackling all situations and handling a varied workload
- able to manage workload effectively in a busy working environment
- effective team player
