Responsibility
- manage the entire lettings and sales process, from marketing and advertising to tenant selection and lease signing
- conduct property viewings / Listing and provide detailed information to potential tenants / Landlords
- negotiate rental terms and conditions with prospective tenants / Landlords
- ensure all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met for each tenancy
- handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- coordinate property inspections and handle any necessary repairs or maintenance
- maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and property vacancies
- stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental prices accordingly
Requirements
- strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple properties and tenants
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if working in a diverse community
- knowledge of local housing laws, regulations, and safety standards
- proficiency in using property management software or tools for record keeping and financial management
- ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits
