Responsibility

  • supporting the account manager and Customer Success Manager in the following responsibilities
  • leading research, reviews and meetings to gain an understanding of clients’ business
  • identifying challenges and investigating ways to resolve them
  • assessing possible strategies whilst stress testing implementation
  • presenting back objective-based solutions in person, visually and via video call
  • leading the discussion internally to communicate client objectives and deliver a clear brief to the PM team
  • showing client results and sustaining additional client revenue
  • increase client satisfaction, retention and spend

Requirements

  • graduated in Marketing, Business, Management, Maths, Marketing or related degree OR experience within a commercial role
  • no client facing experience required, full training will be given at Let’s Run Marketing
  • working in a fast-paced environment
  • commercial awareness Essential
