Responsibility

  • let It Homes are specialist letting agents in the Kettering and Wellingborough areas
  • previous experience preferred but not essential
  • this role is a 'front of shop' lettings role within the Kettering office - which is the largest letting agent in the Kettering area in terms of the number of properties it manages locally
  • the Kettering office routinely lets 15-20 properties a month and year in year ou,t lets more properties than any other agent in the Kettering area
  • the successful candidate will be carrying out viewings, chasing and booking in leads and overseeing the reference/move in process with the support of othe memebrs of the lettings team
  • the role is busy and fast moving and you will be an integral part of a team of 10 people working from the Kettering office

  • candidate must have a full UK driving license and be prepared to use their own vehicle to carry out viewings
