Responsibility
- safely operate a delivery vehicle to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries made with utmost care and excellent customer service
- load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as required
- communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any discrepancies or damages
- provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery locations
- assist in the warehouse when not on deliveries, helping with inventory management and organisation
Requirements
- experience driving a Transit van including experience delivering within central London
- A clean DBS check
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike
- sufficient strengt itness to lift and carry boxes of wine
- A keen eye for detail to ensure customers accurately receive the goods they ordered
- A valid UK driving licence, suitable for use of a Transit van, with no more than 3 active penalty points
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
- driving: 2 years
