- lead day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering superior service and quality to our guests
- we are seeking someone who not only understands but also appreciates the essence of our brand and the community we serve
- supervise food prep and coordinate all front and back of house restaurant operations
- manage staff rosters, train new team members, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to all staff
- understand and manage budgets, including labour and operational costs
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, maintain health and safety standards
- nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
- extensive food and beverage knowledge, with a particular focus on Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizzas
- strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- acute financial management skills
- BS degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary schooling is a plus
- excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking ability
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
