  • accounts manager

Responsibility

  • monthly management accounts preparation and analysis
  • assist in the management of properties owned by the company
  • job : Accounts Manager / PA to the Directors
  • prepare monthly and quarterly VAT returns for 5 companies
  • maintenance of Asset Registers
  • any other finance or administrative duties and responsibilities as required, including covering for holidays

Requirements

  • have at least 5 years’ experience in a management financial role
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualification or other equivalent qualification
  • be someone who can work on their own initiative and able to make solo decisions
  • have a mature and conscientious attitude
  • have excellent attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • used to dealing with multi-company and intercompany transactions
  • good time management skills and able to work under pressure
  • is methodical and organised, and looks to improve functions and procedures
