Responsibility
- job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
- ensure all hazard reporting and safety sweeps for Health and Safety are actioned by management team
- working Hours: 5.30am - 5.00pm
- ensure all people management actions and agreements have auditable trace
- drive and deliver high standards of housekeeping to comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment
- support welfare cases, including management of escalation to the People Team when required for formal support
- liaising in an adequate manner to all employees, adhering to companies’ policies and procedures
