Requirements
- knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and Legionella controls
- you will be comfortable to work at height and drive a forklift. An IPAF A and IPAF B certification is required, training will be provided if necessary
- pipework and valve maintenance, plumbing, construction, and facilities management are all key elements of the role and any experience or qualifications in these areas would be advantageous
Responsibility
- supervise and support contractors when on site, holding them to our control procedures and issuing all necessary permits to work, safety briefings, parts and PPE as required
- carry out weekly building inspections, report and organise rectification of identified defects
