- we have an exciting opportunity to join our team at a new location near the centre of Cambridge
- basic bookwork is required and high levels of operational hygiene will be a key requirement
- the role may include occasional evening/weekend work depending on hospitality requirement
- responsibilities will include, Preparation on a daily basis of all foods required for the Cafe menu, the offer is simple but of high quality, we pride our service on a quality offer produced from locally sourced produce
- managing a small team you will need to have strong front of house skills as you will also be responsible for service and maintaining high service levels
- strong culinary skills, good personality, be able to motivate and manage a small team, flexibility and commitment are all key ingredient for the role
