Responsibility
- lead the Conceptual design and feasibility of projects at bid stage, understanding client brief project-specific constraints
- communicate with clients, architects and other consultants through design meetings
- participate in optioneering. Provide technical solutions to design brief prioritising LEKO LABS products
- collaborate with Software team and internal / external drafting technicians to produce project deliverables
- develop construction details in conjunction with architects, engineers and our Production team
- handover projects to the Production team at the start of production
- participate in Construction Administration and assist the installation team when technical questions arise
- keep up with regulations, codes, legislation and sustainability credentials of relevant countries
Requirements
- min. 3 years of Engineering experience in the Construction Industry
- excellent communication skills , highly versatile & great team player
- strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- creative, target-oriented, innovative, and driven to help build and shape your organization
- working knowledge of building engineering and construction technology
- an eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a team – specifically this means active brainstorming and sharing models as required to support the changing needs of an evolving construction project and work environment
