we are looking for a passionate payroll professional to join our dynamic, international team as a Payroll Manager, Europe
¡ Lead the end-to-end delivery of the payrolls for our offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Wroclaw and Warsaw
¡ Collaborate with People, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with overall business objectives
¡ Lead and mentor local Payroll support team providing guidance and training for their professional development
¡ Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in the designated countries, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
¡ Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
¡ Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations
¡ Develop sustainable processes and systems to support L.E.K as we grow, leveraging technology as required
Requirements
¡ Prior experience as a Payroll Manager
¡ Delivery and management of UK payroll is required alongside at least one other country in continental Europe
¡ Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and pay labour laws in at least two of countries we operate in
¡ Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
¡ Experience in an HR or People related role
¡ Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners
¡ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
¡ Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management

Responsibility
develop and execute the firm’s GTM strategy for the sectors that we cover
lead marketing strategies for all identified routes to market and ensuring outcomes align with business objectives
develop nurture, retention and acquisition campaigns using Pardot based on personas, themes and L.E.K.’s capabilities
you will champion the needs of the client and the sector to maximise L.E.K.’s opportunity to deliver thought provoking and engaging content that delights our target audience and raises awareness of L.E.K.’s capabilities to drive new leads into the business
content types include executive insights white papers, special reports, slide decks, surveys, website copy, video scripts and webinars, podcasts and surveys
build relevant campaigns for the target audiences and communications that are engaging, impactful and bring prospects and existing clients on relevant journeys
collaborate with subject matter experts to produce a broad range of white papers and other content, including partnering with sector operations and knowledge management teams to draw out intellectual capital
some light travel required
Requirements
deep knowledge of digital content channels and concepts of content and thought leadership marketing, including lead generation techniques
organisation- Demonstrated ability to plan and lead multiple projects, with flawless execution that drives results and delivers to tight deadlines
high energy- ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment
critical Thinking- Strong research, editing and proofreading skills, especially in thought leadership and digital formats
understanding of or experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage but not essential
8-10 years’ integrated marketing experience in a one or more of the industries mentioned above or a professional services firm that focuses on these sectors
A blend of innovation and creativity, along with understanding of core business issues and key business drivers
creativity- Ability to convert conceptual ideas and complex business concepts into compelling, marketable programs that support the firm’s and the sector’s goals

Requirements
significant experience in adult learning, instructional design and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment
experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
demonstrable experience in developing learning and competency frameworks plus implementing a learning ecosystem
excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; able to adapt to different audiences/styles/cultures
