This is one of the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. From the owner to management it was the most horrendous experience. Before I even started work I would have panic attacks. You are expected to just do your work and not have an opinion. Asking what you doing for your weekend on a Friday was a big NO NO. In my first meeting which was a couple of weeks after I started, the owner ripped me to pieces as there was a report which wasn't up to date, which I had not been shown or even trained on, Management knew this and they kept quiet. There is no support, it would appear that they did not want to rock the boat even when they all knew that the training had not been provided.
