Requirements
- minimum 5 years of accountancy experience, ideally in a similar position in an SME
- fully qualified accountant
- working knowledge of Sage Financial Management System and Construct Project Management System
- demonstrable experience in improving systems and streamlining processes
- task orientated, eye for detail, driven individual
- strong initiative and problem-solving skills, and an interest in ad-hoc projects such as systems implementations
- ability to work individually and as part of a close knit team
- A team player with a sense of humour
Responsibility
- full monthly management accounts preparation for review by SLT along with variance analysis presented to the Board quarterly
- management of the year-end process including liaising with auditors and query resolution
