Responsibility
- due to recent aquisitions and growth the customer service team is growing
- we are a premium indoor leisure operator, we have a passion for fun, innovation and continual growth
- the Airhop team work closely together to ensure that everyone who visits our parks ultimately has an awesome experience every time
- we are currently recruiting for a permanent, part-time Inbound Customer Service Advisor, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager
- this role will be based in our onsite call centre
- process Centre bookings
- answer calls, respond to emails and respond to livechat communication in line with KPIs
- resolve any customer complaints that arise
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous customer service experience
- experience working in a call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
- excellent listening, problem-solving, accuracy and attention to detail skills when dealing with all customers and colleagues
- proactive attitude, ensuring all customer queries are completed within ‘first call resolution’ process
- ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
