customer service advisor

Working hours

Responsibility

  • due to recent aquisitions and growth the customer service team is growing
  • we are a premium indoor leisure operator, we have a passion for fun, innovation and continual growth
  • the Airhop team work closely together to ensure that everyone who visits our parks ultimately has an awesome experience every time
  • we are currently recruiting for a permanent, part-time Inbound Customer Service Advisor, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager
  • this role will be based in our onsite call centre
  • process Centre bookings
  • answer calls, respond to emails and respond to livechat communication in line with KPIs
  • resolve any customer complaints that arise

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous customer service experience
  • experience working in a call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
  • excellent listening, problem-solving, accuracy and attention to detail skills when dealing with all customers and colleagues
  • proactive attitude, ensuring all customer queries are completed within ‘first call resolution’ process
  • ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
