Responsibility

  • negotiate contracts and 3rd party service providers
  • ensure customer complaints are dealt within agreed time scales
  • support Tender business as the need arises
  • raise sophisticated tenders to EU Managers
  • consistently monitor workload, team performance and productivity
  • ensure the continuous development of the team by carrying out training and mentorship
  • manage Performance Improvement plans, working with the team on process improvements using lean techniques such as 5’s
  • actively manage service key accounts and support Sales Teams at critical or key account customers in order to ensure first class customer happiness

Requirements

  • you will be Degree qualified, in Electro-mechanical or Electrical Engineering or have equivalent work experience / military training
  • you have an experience in an equivalent role as manager with the ability to build and drive effective team working
  • you have excellent communication skills, both with your team and with the customers
  • you have leadership skills to have overall responsibility for the success, growth and development of your team
  • you have an experience as Field Service Manager in a major medical or life science manufacturer or provider
