- excellent verbal and written communication skills both over the telephone and face to face. Demonstrating a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Confidently handling difficult conversations with customers

Responsibility
- identify growth opportunities
- build relationships
- achieve profitable sales growth
- use SAGE to prepare sales targets and reports
- monitor and report on personal, customer, market and competitor activities and provide relevant forecasts, reports and information as required
- manage and support OEM customers to grow the current business, promoting Leeds Test Objects’ products and solutions to existing and potential customers by sales, marketing and training activities
- if and when required, attend exhibitions and events in the UK and possibly overseas, help set up and manage stands
- maintain a level of specialist knowledge in our phantoms and image quality testing, and be capable of demonstrating our products to customers
