- we work closely with the anxious and nervous climbers to encourage and engage them to achieve their goals
- the Beginners quickly become The Confident on our site coached by our friendly instructors
- maintaining a safe but always fun environment for all ages while in the arena
- and upholding and following the usual business policies and regulations
- all of the team are fully trained in all areas, right up to instructor level, performing rescues at height, cleaning and maintaining the equipment using the belay ropes
- ensuring that everyone who enters the climbing arena are fully briefed and trained on what to do while in for their session
Requirements
- front of house customer service: 1 year
