- day to day management of the multiple online selling platform
- work with the wider sales team to create a sales strategy focused on push product and special offers
- answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- working with our 3rd party website management company to make sure the customer journey from landing to fulfilment is smooth and simple as possible
Requirements
- high level of computer literacy
- experience of selling on Amazon and eBay
- experience of using Magento would be beneficial
- ability to multitask
- self-Motived with a high level of attention to detail
- able to work independently and as part of a team
