- daily experience of using eLearning authoring tools
- proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite
- strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and layout design
- excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience in digital learning design, instructional design, or multimedia content creation
