build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their training needs and provide suitable solutions
meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment
assist in maintaining customer records and updating the customer relationship management system
provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
promote and sell our electrical training courses and services to prospective customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and face-to-face interactions
stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and new training opportunities to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
prepare sales reports, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections
customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
knowledge of the electrical training industry or related field is a plus
