- work closely with the Deputy Director to support and build on school/college relationships
- responding and actioning any emails in a professional manner
- manage the Bookings Emails
- data building to support any new and existing Network Rail projects
- testimonial chase calls/Network Rail Project chase calls and support
- manage all Network Rail projects and provide monthly reports to the CSM’S at Network Rail
- manage the Network Rail statistics daily and ensure statistics for Network rail are communicated to the team. Ensure CRM is kept updated daily
- work closely with Deputy Director to devise chase schedules for each project
