Responsibility

  • working alongside the Senior Staffing Officer to advertise, interview and allocate seasonal staff for HAF, ensuring they are fully complaint
  • leading and developing the staffing team throughout all recruitment stages
  • representing the recruitment team; both internally, and externally to stakeholders, including client facing performance meetings
  • covering additional responsibilities when required by the business
  • carrying out daily administration and data consolidation tasks to ensure targets are achieved
  • consolidating staff payroll information and submitting this to our payroll team within agreed timelines
  • reporting to the Head of Business Development and Education on recruitment progress and taking full ownership of all recruitment targets/ budgets/ recruitment strategy
  • managing staff dropouts and replacing staff efficiently when cover is needed
