Responsibility

  • leap Ahead Nursery is located in the centre of Brigg & has been open since 2020
  • we seeking a new driven Manager due to our current manager returning to education
  • providing up to 30 places for children from birth to 5
  • office, administrative duties & PC skills are essential
  • any applicant must have a full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum & at least 2 years post qualifying experience as well as a proven experience with Ofsted & the requirements of the regulatory body
  • we are looking for a driven, motivated Manager who will continue to embed the company’s ethos around providing a high quality, child-led approach to early years childcare & education, where holistic opportunities are given for children to develop a lifelong love of learning around the companies educational programme
  • the ideal candidate will already have proven experience managing in a childcare facility, leading & developing teams & be capable of following established policies & procedures as well as working alongside an experienced Senior Management team
  • safeguarding experience is essential as well as a knowledge of SEN & Health & Safety. A proven desire to promote teamwork within the Leap Ahead 'family' & a sense of community with everyone who uses the nursery including a large multi agency team
