Responsibility

  • ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross- contamination on the salads bar
  • prep all cold and hot food items using prep worksheets
  • follow proper knife safety procedures
  • operate oven and hot prep equipment and ensure proper time/temp of all hot and cooked food
  • maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout your shift
  • set up and break down hot and cold prep stations, maintain it clean and organized
  • manage communication regarding stock and inventory between the service team, kitchen and management
  • ensure Allergens are handled in the correct way and always displayed
