- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- 2 Years proven experience in a leadership or senior role within a nursery setting

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality early years education
- experience in working with Management software
Responsibility

- compliance: Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met, including safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards
