Responsibility

  • \* Taking enquiries and processing new and established customers’ orders
  • \* Providing customer service regarding enquiries, queries, and complaints
  • in your role as Sales Coordinator you will be acting as a bridge, liaising with customers, sales staff, and various departments within the company, dealing with orders from first enquiry through to delivery of finished goods, and working closely with planning, purchasing, and warehousing / distribution department to ensure the efficient delivery of finished products
  • \* Maintaining and updating customer pricing information
  • \* Inputting and tracking quotations and orders from receipt to delivery
  • must be comfortable sitting in an open-plan office
  • with solid sales/sales support and customer service experience, ideally but not necessarily from the Lighting Industry, you will be an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator, Internal Sales Support Coordinator, Sales Order Processor, Customer Service Coordinator, or similar
  • salary £25,000 - £27,500 depending on experience
