Responsibility

  • allocating income and expenses to projects
  • VAT returns, CIS, PAYE & Pension submissions
  • maintain the sales and purchase ledger and relevant cashflow
  • maintain and update project budgets
  • point of contact for all company financial matters
  • ensuring sub-contractors have relevant documentation and CIS status
  • keep company records up to date on Xero
  • ad hoc reports and duties as required

Requirements

  • xero experience
  • CIS/Construction experience
  • part qualified ACCA/AAT
  • xero: 1 year
