Responsibility

  • washing up, keeping the sink area tidy and clean
  • ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and in the most efficient way as possible
  • collect and wash up trays, pots, pans, boxes, ceramics, glasses and anything else that needs washing
  • keep trays full and running through dishwasher
  • ensure all glasses are dried with tea towel
  • ensure all clean equipment, dishes, mugs are put away in the correct, labelled place
  • help clearing up tables
  • make sure the trays are properly scrubbed until they’re free of any food residue and black/brown marks

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • barista experience: 1 year
  • hospitality: 1 year
