- ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- utilise accounting software such as Xero and other tools to streamline processes
- VAT preparation and returns
- cashflow control and monitoring
- perform daily scheduled bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements
- strong attention to detail, has methodical thinking and proactive time management skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance
- accounting: 3 years
- bookkeeping: 3 years
