I came to work for Lawtech in March 2022 as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) after working for construction company in Essex. I came hitting the ground running, I see myself as a slow learner there is always something new to learn working at Lawtech, even if it is not part of my remit. Every company is going through changes right now because of the cost of living. Lawtech has always been consistent with their annual rise for staff members. Most companies are doing performance (PDR) again sometimes you have to adjust to all the changes that is happening in the work place change is never easy. I love to meet with customers by bringing the true values of working for Lawtech which are Excellence, Care, Ambition, Sustainability, Integrity and finally....... Collaboration.
