- ensure all site traffic adheres to safety guidelines and procedures
- communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and the supervisory team to avoid congestion or delays
- conduct regular checks to ensure all traffic management equipment is in good condition
- promote a safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards promptly
Requirements
- previous experience in a civil engineering or construction environment
- familiarity with large-scale site logistics and delivery coordination
- valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman certification inc CSCS Card
- mandatoryProven experience in a similar role on a construction site
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to site traffic management
- excellent communication and coordination skills
- ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
