Responsibility

  • maintain records as required by Lexcel, in particular counsel and experts’ registers and file review records
  • ensure any compliance breaches that occur in the team are reported immediately to the Compliance team
  • support and assimilate all firm’s policies and directives and ensure all supervisees abide by them
  • that client’s receive regular updates, advices and costs information
