Requirements

  • minimum of 12 months experience in social care setting
  • experience of supervising staff / leading a team
  • must be aged 21 or over
  • 2-years’ experience supporting people in a similar setting
  • able to work flexibly according to needs of service
  • strong leadership skills - able to motivate others and lead by example in a positive atmosphere
  • 12-months’ experience supervising staff
  • able to directly supervise a staff team and manage their activities in order to achieve agreed outcomes
