Requirements

  • knowledge of piercings/piercing jewellery so as to provide an excellent customer experience
  • possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to organise, delegate and execute tasks within a team
  • offer styling appointments and advice to customers for their current and future piercings
  • available to work Saturdays
  • analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • develop and maintain relationships with customers and other members of the community
  • resolve customer complaints and appropriately handle broken or damaged items
  • 1+ years experience in a customer facing role. Retail experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibility

  • you’ll be in charge of junior team members and will be the force that drives everyone to provide customers with the best customer experience they’ve ever had
  • facilitate communication between the piercing, ecommerce and floor team in order to ensure an organised environment and customer experience
