audio-visual technician
Responsibility
- support the Directors and Senior Production Manager with day to day running of projects
- prepping, installing, operating and re-rigging equipment
- liaise with clients to deliver a high level of customer care
- manage equipment hire, returns and testing requirements
- assist with manufacture/repairs of equipment
- assist with deliveries/collections of equipment
- perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance
Requirements
- the candidate should have at least 5 years of industry experience
- ability to work both as part of a team and independently as projects dictate
- ability to multi-task and support of multiple projects simultaneously
- have a technical mindset with basic understanding of sound, lighting, video, scenic production & live-streaming disciplines
- basic understanding of CAD software such as Vectorworks is desirable
- valid passport and willing to travel for projects
- full UK driving licence
- experience in at least two of the following areas: Lighting, Video, Audio, Streaming and Scenic/Staging
