- replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas as necessary
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the establishment
Requirements
- previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- familiarity with hotel operations is advantageous
- strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
- attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required
- basic cooking skills would be beneficial but not essential
