Responsibility
- to operate the petty cash system
- monthly bank reconciliations
- reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
- preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts with narrative
- to have a lead role in preparing and monitoring annual budgets
- preparation of year end accounts for external auditor
- assist with project work and produce ad hoc analysis and reports as required
- purchase Ledger: To undertake the prompt processing of all invoice and payments to LARK Cluster supplier and contracted partners
Requirements
- qualification in Business and Finance or
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasts
- good understanding of payroll administration
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- bookkeeping/Accounting: 3 years
