Requirements

  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests
  • proficiency in email communication and customer relationship management software
  • results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
  • hands-on experience with Hotel Management software

Responsibility

  • develop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings through our website and other direct channels
  • monitor booking trends and analyze data to maximize revenue from direct bookings
  • proactively reach out to leads and potential guests to convert inquiries into bookings
  • provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and preferences during the booking process
  • manage and respond to guest inquiries and requests via email promptly and professionally
  • build rapport with guests through effective email communication and assist them throughout their stay
  • ensure that guests' expectations are exceeded by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their needs
  • handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
