Responsibility
- develop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings through our website and other direct channels
- monitor booking trends and analyze data to maximize revenue from direct bookings
- proactively reach out to leads and potential guests to convert inquiries into bookings
- provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and preferences during the booking process
- manage and respond to guest inquiries and requests via email promptly and professionally
- build rapport with guests through effective email communication and assist them throughout their stay
- ensure that guests' expectations are exceeded by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their needs
- handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
