- welcoming and qualifying guests as they enter the showroom
- preparing customer samples and updating the Lapicida CRM system NAV
- showroom based, the primary responsibility of the role is to actively support the sales team. This will be a varied and interesting role that will require a positive can-do attitude. Specific training will be provided
- keeping the showroom clean and tidy and ensuring all samples are labelled and in the correct position
- supporting the sales and marketing team in identifying and contacting new prospects
- be an active part of the Showroom manning rota, including Saturday working
- A strong commitment to developing product knowledge
- support the sales & marketing teams to co-ordinate showroom events
