Responsibility
- lansdown Financial Services are a relatively new, but ambitious, Mortgage Broker based in the heart of Bath
- as we continue to grow our team we are looking for a new Administrator / Case Manager to join us
- the administrator will be responsible for assisting our mortgage brokers, focusing on mortgage and protection business
- the successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, lenders and providers
- this will be a Monday
- the ideal person will be comfortable working in a small team with the desire to progress and build their career as the business expands, with a view to becoming a Mortgage and Protection Case Manager in the future
- lansdown Financial Services are a young and ambitious mortgage broker based in the heart of Bath. As we continue to grow our team we are looking for a new mortgage administrator to join us
- our clients and customers are at the heart of everything we do, and providing an outstanding service is paramount to how we operate
Requirements
- mortgage Administration experience is essential
- accurate typing and Data Entry skills with an attention to detail
- ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
- outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
- demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
- A team player with ability to use own initiative
