Responsibility
- initial key point of contact for all Main Board Directors and other external partners
- screen incoming calls for the Board Directors. Determine who gets through, but also courteously deflecting callers who will not
- open and distribute Director’s incoming mail and deal with routine correspondence
- manage and coordinate travel for all business trips; identify commercial flights as necessary, book and arrange airport transfers and accommodation
- manage and coordinate all family travel, consulting directly with the family, Langley Aviation Chief pilots
- maintain an efficient electronic + paper filing system
- administration function: Companies House PROOF online filing submissions including Director Appointments, Director Terminations
- any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade of the post
