- experience of supporting COINS ERP users in a similar previous role
- previous experience in a BSA, Finance Analyst or similar role supporting Finance or Payroll systems
- or experience supporting other ERPs or financial systems
- excellent communication skills, at all levels and experience with technical and non-technical audiences
- technical background with software development and report writing experience desirable
- construction/Manufacturing industry experience desirable
- logical and analytic thinker with a willingness to learn new skills and promote best practice across the business
- advanced skill in SQL and a statistics language
Responsibility
- you will be providing guidance on new systems allowing day to day tasks to be carried out efficiently
- analyzing and developing tests while collecting requirements for delivery teams
- being a member of a team in charge of delivering huge and difficult programmes
- you will be jointly accountable for planning, leading, coordinating, and encouraging delivery teams to complete a range of tasks successfully
- you must be a strong communicator and comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels inside the company as you will be coordinating with department heads and budget holders
- you'd be in a good position to succeed if you've previously worked in a company with a variety of internal customers' demands
- identifying and collaborating with important stakeholders from a variety of sectors, both internal and external, to comprehend complicated internal business processes, requirements, and difficulties
- understanding and communicating business change requirements, assessing the effect of those changes, recording, analysing, and documenting requirements, and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with appropriate stakeholders
