Was it really that bad? If a professional staff has troubles with IKEA furniture, it doesn't seem to good... Did you at least get some refund after a poor work?

That doesn't sound too good. Can you tell something more? What happened and why they are so bad? Was it about one poor employee or the experience was so terrible from beginning till the end?
