Poor care provided, poor management of staff and poor staff training. Little or no understanding of how to care for people with differing needs. Absolutely no understanding of dementia, physical disabilities or other conditions. Poor management of medications and a person's basic needs.Totally disorganised in the office and little grasp of a care plan.
