landlord Accreditation Scotland , Scotland’s leading learning and development provider to the private lettings industry is seeking an experienced operations manager
the Operations Manager will oversee a highly effective and experienced team and daily activities of the business
as an ideal candidate, you’ll be skilled in human resources, and team management with a sales and marketing background
oversee the smooth back-office support of financial aspects of the LAS training programmes
your ultimate responsibility is to achieve and maintain operational efficiency contributing to the continued growth of the organisation
empowering the LAS team to deliver outstanding customer service
manage timely data collection to achieve productivity and assist development
work closely with the Director with regards to company compliance, legal and safety requirements to make sure activities remain compliant
Requirements
degree or equivalent experience in operations management/business administration, ideally within a sales and marketing environment
good commercial awareness and decision making skills with the ability to apply critical thinking
in-depth understanding of financial management, strong budget development and oversight skills
background in training and development
excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of company operations and customer service
understanding of membership organisations
experience with WordPress
working knowledge of webinar platforms e.g. Zoom, Teams
