Responsibility

  • lambert & Foster are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings department in Paddock Wood

  • salary - Dependent on experience with the opportunity for commission
  • working Hours - Full time to include 1 or 2 Saturdays a month with days off in lieu

  • advising Landlords on the market rent and an appropriate marketing strategy Advising Landlords on preparing the property for letting
  • arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants
