Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator within the Sales Order Processing team
- answer telephone queries from customers relating to price, stock levels or delivery issues
- liaise with the Customer Service department when customer wishes to return goods
- ensure customer pricing is up to date on Sage
- the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the account from initial account setup through to processing orders and maintaining communication with the customer
- offering a generous starting salary plus fantastic benefits, such as 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, employee discount program on lots of high street names and working Monday - Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm
- contribute towards departmental KPI’s
- support the external Area Sales Managers with administrative tasks

Requirements
- previous sales order processing experience is essential
- customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- confident telephone manner
- accurate with high attention to detail
- previous experience with Sage and CRM software
- comfortable in policing sales pricing and discounts
- ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
- confident on the telephone and willing to be an active member of the call centre, average of 200 incoming calls per day
