Responsibility
an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator within the Sales Order Processing team
answer telephone queries from customers relating to price, stock levels or delivery issues
liaise with the Customer Service department when customer wishes to return goods
ensure customer pricing is up to date on Sage
the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the account from initial account setup through to processing orders and maintaining communication with the customer
offering a generous starting salary plus fantastic benefits, such as 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, employee discount program on lots of high street names and working Monday - Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm
contribute towards departmental KPI’s
support the external Area Sales Managers with administrative tasks
Requirements
previous sales order processing experience is essential
customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
confident telephone manner
accurate with high attention to detail
previous experience with Sage and CRM software
comfortable in policing sales pricing and discounts
ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
confident on the telephone and willing to be an active member of the call centre, average of 200 incoming calls per day
