- perform installation, refurbishment and maintenance works on HV equipment
- work towards HV switching and Senior Authorised Person operational authorisations
- installation of AC/DC wiring and electrical fault-finding
- carry out mechanical modifications and repairs
- act as primary response to fault scenarios
- perform supervisory duties when needed, and act as work party leader operating under Lagan Energy safety documentation
- assess hazards within the workplace environment to then proceed with documentation through the form of risk assessment method statements
Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in the electrical and/or mechanical industry
- previous experience within HV maintenance
- experience within a similar role
- ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
- valid CSR Card
- good time management skills and can multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- comfortable with working at height
- professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
