Responsibility

- uncompromising on quality – you will oversee the weekly schedules to meet the individual needs of the children and ensure that children are kept active and engaged in developmental activities
Requirements
- level 5 in Childcare or equivalent Level 3
- current Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Food Hygiene Certificate and Safeguarding Certificate
- professional experience in working and caring for children under 5 within a nursery environment
- experience in a supervisory role of leading a team
- practical experience of the EYFS standards, Ofsted standards and Inspections
- understanding of Equal Opportunities/SENCO
- strong Management and Leadership skills
