  • ladybird is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable individual as Deputy Manager

Requirements

  • level 5 in Childcare or equivalent Level 3
  • current Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Food Hygiene Certificate and Safeguarding Certificate
  • professional experience in working and caring for children under 5 within a nursery environment
  • experience in a supervisory role of leading a team
  • practical experience of the EYFS standards, Ofsted standards and Inspections
  • understanding of Equal Opportunities/SENCO
  • strong Management and Leadership skills
