level 5 in Childcare or equivalent Level 3
current Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Food Hygiene Certificate and Safeguarding Certificate
professional experience in working and caring for children under 5 within a nursery environment
experience in a supervisory role of leading a team
practical experience of the EYFS standards, Ofsted standards and Inspections
understanding of Equal Opportunities/SENCO
strong Management and Leadership skills
